1. Return Window
To maintain the integrity of our materials — 925 Silver, 10kt/14kt/18kt Solid Gold, Moissanite & Lab-Grown diamonds the following timelines apply:
- Standard Purchases: Initiate your return request within 5 days of delivery. Item must be postmarked within 15 days.
- Klarna Purchases: 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, per Klarna’s protection terms.
2. Condition Requirements
All returns must meet the following conditions to be eligible:
- Unworn & Unaltered: No signs of wear, scratches, or resizing.
- Original Packaging: Must include the ODINPARIS box, travel pouch, and any grading certificates.
- Security Tag Intact: If your piece shipped with a security tag, it must remain attached. Removal voids the return.
- Sealed & Unused: Items must be in original sealed packaging for a full refund.

4. Refund Process
Returns are inspected by our team to verify stone and metal integrity.
- Inspection: Allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Approval: Refunds are issued to your original payment method upon approval.
- Non-Refundable: Original express shipping fees (non-Klarna orders) are not refunded.
5. Legal Notes
- Authentication: If a returned item doesn’t match our records or shows signs of tampering, the return will be declined.
- Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
6. How to Start a Return
Email contact@odinparis.com with your order number and reason for return. If you paid via Klarna, note that in your message to receive your prepaid shipping label.
